We’re a patient-focused dental office looking for a warm, reliable, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first friendly face our patients see!

What You’ll Do:

Check patients in and out with a welcoming and professional attitude.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
Verify and process dental insurance.
Collect payments and explain financial policies.
Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries.
Keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

Dental office experience (required).
Knowledge of dental procedures, scheduling, and insurance.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Friendly team player with a positive attitude.
Experience with Dentrix software (preferred).
